History
- February 1973
- Osaka Stainless Co., Ltd. was founded with a registered capital of 3 million yen.
- March 1975
- Commenced sale of SS400, S45C, and SUS304.
- July 1986
- Commenced sale of high-nickel alloys.
Increased the capital to JPY 12 million. - October 1986
- Opened the Ajigawa Cutting Factory.
- December 1988
- Increased the capital to JPY 25 million.
- October 1995
- Opened the Chiyosaki Warehouse.
- January 1999
- Increased the capital to JPY 50 million.
- July 2000
- Opened the Kawaguchi Material Center (closed the Ajikawa Warehouse and the Chiyosaki Warehouse).
- March 2004
- Founded Yaga Metal Products Co., Ltd in Fujian, China with a capital of JPY 30 million.
